The store is fantastically well kept, and as soon as my husband and I walked in we were greeted by Tom who was polite and not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also wonderfully patient in helping us select the proper base for our mattress. When we realized that we needed to take some measurements to know what to order, Tom helped us out by starting all the paperwork and told us to call him once we had all the information to finalize the purchase. The entire process was frustration free, and Tom, again, was just fantastic.

Overall rating 5/5 One of the best shopping experience I've had in a long time. Matthew (General Manager) walked us through their entire line of high quality mattresses. He even stayed late over an hour AFTER closing time to continue to answer our questions and show us their products. He was great to chat with and was very personable. Earlier that day we looked at other mattress companies in the area, and they didn't come close to the experience we had with Matthew at the Tempur-Pedic shop. I can say it was truly a great and fun experience, which is something you wouldn't usually think of when shopping for a mattress. I highly recommend this store for anyone who is looking for a high quality mattress and great customer service.

My husband and I made a reservation for a private buying experience. We arrived 10 minutes late, and I was worried that they would not let us in. From the moment we entered the store to the moment we exited we were treated like royalty. Matthew was very patient with my incessant questions and was very thorough and making sure that he showed us the mattresses that we were interested in as well as the The different pillow options that were available. He took his time and was very cognizant of making sure that he was placing sanitized covers/liners on both the pillow and the mattress sheet. This kept me at ease knowing that safety is at the forefront of everything that they do. Once we found the mattress we liked, Matthew went over all of the financing options as well taking his time to explain the different upcoming promotions. Cannot wait to have our new mattress and adjustable base delivered. We will be back for the promotions that Matthew offered us. Besides Matthew, there was Tom who also was very friendly, polite, and patient until we found the perfect mattress. Thank you, Matthew and Tom! Excellent service and superior atmosphere!

Yes, we do, for any of our mattresses with a removable cover. You can order replacement covers for our current mattress models online here. If you need the cover for an older mattress or you don't see your mattress listed, you can talk to one of our Sleep Guides in the store to help you find yours.

With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up. The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames. Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit. If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions. If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support. If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart. Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
