The staff was wonderful. I was extremely nervous and was greeted with a smile by both check in rep and the rep that completed the sonogram. A special thank you to the gal that completed my sonogram. She listened and acknowledge my concerns. Gave me a sense that she cared. That’s the best type of employee for this job. Bravo!

It was very busy when my husband and I went for my exam. However, the staff checked me in right away. Hillary was so kind and friendly. She provided excellent service! She made what would have been an anxious experience, a pleasant and memorable experience. Thank you!

From the front desk; the kind and courteous receptionist (I think her name was Ivette??) helped organize my appointments and confirm with my insurance. She was friendly and a pleasure to speak with. The RN/technician, who did my ultrasound, Hilary, was amazing!! She was friendly and comforting, when I was nervous and tense. She helped distract me by talking about movies and traveling. Anyone doing an abdominal and IV ultrasound needs to have Hilary by their side. Next week is my mammogram, so stay tuned for that review.....

Super busy when I went on Thursday around 5pm, however, staff handle it very well and very organized. Despite how busy it was, my appointment time was accurate and I did not have to wait long (less than two minutes) once I signed in (line was for in person check in process). Seemed like everyone else was also fast once they checked in. I do suggest filling out the portal they give you in text/email to speed up the process. Ultrasound technician was super friendly and professional too.
