For the past two weeks I’ve trying to get a hold of someone, to ask about any units available and I haven’t gotten an answer and this is my second time driving here during business hours and the office is closed, very disappointing.

Both of our parents had the blessing of renting at Marina Bay. This community is safe, affordable, and the manager is always available to assist the tenants. She always treated them with professionalism, and has demonstrated high level of urgency when needed. It is hard to find Property Managers that actually care, especially with so many tenants, but she truly goes above and beyond.
