They might be lazy at times and not pick up the recyclables from our bin and they throw the bins out on the road at times, it is not that hard to put a bin upside down on the grass after throwing it out just so it doesn’t roll all around the neighborhood. It is upsetting to see that the minute you go off to work. I just hope they take this into consideration...
