By far the worst treatment center I’ve ever been to. I immediately wanted to leave & they refused to let me make a phone call “because I was trying to leave”. Keep in mind, I was simply just trying to transfer facilities. Revoked consent for them to contact my emergency contact but they continued to do so and refused to let me make a call. None of the employees ever know what’s going on and continuously lie to you. My mother requested I be transferred and they told me she said she wanted me to stay. The director, Alena, is completely unprofessional and very rude. Rubbed in my face how she was the director of a 100 bed facility (that completely sucks) and pretty much told me I’d never make it anywhere because she knew what was best for me while visibly because miserable there and begging her to let me go, along with all other clients, when, once again I was simply just trying to transfer facilities. All about their money and that’s it. My mother was promised a meeting with her the morning after I informed her I wanted to leave and never once called my mother back and ignored all her calls. They promised me dismissal paperwork and she then purposely avoided me all day. Alena and her assistant Tori are very verbally abusive along with all other employees. Pretty much had to jailbreak out of this facility by AMAing in order to better my recovery. Very dirty, nothing like the pictures. The employees woke us up with airhorns and said “good morning maggots”. Would NOT recommend to anyone if you want to succeed. Not to mention every client I spoke to on my first day said “get used to lies and manipulation”. Still to this day they have some of my personal belongings and refuse to answer any calls or texts about it to anyone who has tried to contact them for it.

Does your financial department contact us before Admission? After co-pay does other charges pop up?

Linda Yahrling | Sep 24, 2020
The Beaches Treatment Center | Sep 24, 2020

The admissions agent is required to tell you of all charges prior to admission. There is usually deductible, co-pays and coinsurance that is all potential patient responsibility. The financial department usually reaches out within the first 2 weeks of treatment. The financial department is all males. The one women was recently terminated from her position and we sincerely apologize for any convenience she may have caused.

Why have you not updated the address of your location on your website? People should know where it’s at. A more accurate street view picture would be more helpful without a semi truck parked in front.
