The veterinarian was very nice and explain everything in detail about our pet dog and was very patient and understanding ,human Dr should do a course in veterinarian before they treat people because some of them are so rude and don't not have any kind of compassion for clients.big shout out for better vet.

I have had nothing but problems from the day the practice switched to BetterVet. Making the appointment online was impossible. I tried multiple times over a period of a few days until I gave up and called. I referred a friends to Dr. Steve prior to knowing about the change to BetterVet. Unfortunately, she has also had nothing but problems too. She's been charged for a medication she never received and has spent the past 4 months trying to get the money back. She has called more than 5 times and even went to the office a few weeks ago regarding the refund and still hasn't received it. Also, she made multiple attempts to get the blood results for her dog. That took several weeks before she received a response. One of my dogs was there 3 weeks go and the blood work came back immediately but some levels were out of range. I have now called BetterVet 3 times requesting information on what the numbers mean. Still nothing. I have loved having Dr. Steve and Chris caring for my 2 dogs but feel dealing with BetterVet's isn't worth the trouble. Time to find a new vet.
