I would like to commend the maintenance staff and specifically, Dee, for the great service he provided recently. The job required coming into my apartment several days in a row and Dee was very polite and courteous. He kept me informed about the status of the work that was being done. I greatly appreciated the level of professionalism, courtesy and reliability!

There are regular loud parties by the pool at night (literally happening right now). Unfortunately, there is no night security and the number I was given to report this goes straight to voicemail. So, after hours you are kinda screwed. Not sure this will ever be remedied, as there is no solution or current attempt. A little overpriced and there are some issues with the gate not working consistently. I spoke with the property manager who stated he is attempting to make changes. Conversation was pleasant and I felt my issues and concerns were heard, however, it seems my concerns are not being taken seriously. It is definitely a work in progress. Hoping the promised changes will come and the current issues will be managed property.

I must say my visit/tour to this complex went beyond expectations. The grounds, entire property is well kept and maintained. I was impressed. And, to top it all off, the leasing agent Dave is so well mannered, polite and professional. He was very informative and detailed. He told me all about what I intended to know to know about the complex. I applied immediately because I see what I want.

My apartment was cleaned by the amazing Belkis. After some minor issues with the unit she was sent over to clean the place. I’ve never had anyone clean anything for me before and was a bit unsure what to expect. She was SUPER nice and After I came back from a class the place was spotless! She took care with my belongings and my cat. It was a huge relief after such a long few weeks. Thank you for making home feel like home again.
