Used Restore Remodel Renew for bathroom remodel. I got put into a not so good situation and they turned it into a positive experience. Communication on point all the way through. They made it easy dealing with the permit and Hoa paperwork. Bathroom turned out amazing. Will use again in the future. Thanks Torrie and Jenn

We used Restore Remodel Renew after a small fire in our house. Torrie and her team showed up promptly and went right to work on the cleanup and remediation. We also elected to have some remodeling done. We love the work that was done and couldn't be happier. They also did a fantastic job working with our insurance company and made the process very smooth and painless. We would definitely recommend them.

The staff is amazing. They were so helpful. An additional leak occurred immediately after the install of new drywall and they took the time to find the leak, repair it, and re-do the entire wall. They even came back to install a window sill for me. The communication between their staff and myself was excellent. Amazing people.

Remediation is a process that removes mold and contaminated materials. Mold removal is the process of physically removing mold from surfaces or materials.
Mold professionals typically use vacuums, dehumidifiers, and other such tools to physically remove mold. They may also apply chemicals to clean remaining mold and stains. These chemicals and processes also work to make it harder for water damage and mold to come back.
If you have found mold in your home, it might not be a good idea to try to clean it up on your own. Mold is a health hazard and people who know how to do it will be better at fixing the problem.
To provide you with a proper evaluation, the professional restoration company you hire will be able to assess the extent of the water damage in your home or place of business. The expert team can determine how much water is present and how long it will take to dry out the area. The evaluation will also likely point out whether mold or mildew has impacted the area. Finally, the evaluation process will give answers regarding the overall length and extent of the project.
Firstly, be sure the company has a great reputation and provides expert service. Ensure that they offer the specific service you need, whether it is mold remediation or dry out services. Finally, make sure they provide assistance to homes or businesses in your area.
It can take a few days (around 72 hours) to dry and remove water from the damaged area. But, it may take many weeks for the restoration process to be complete.
The cost of water damage restoration varies depending on the type and extent of the damage. However, a water damager restoration process may cost between $2,000 and $5,000 on average. Still, it’s important to reach out to a specialist to learn what to expect regarding the cost of restoration.
