They were not ready to sell a place that they were advertising for sale took two extra months for them to get approval to sell it through the Park community When I try to get them to negotiate a little bit lower fees they said it’s my fault I hold up the process They do not communicate well they do not return phone calls nor emails

BE CAREFUL. I had a horrible experience with them. They did a "bait & switch" on me. Showed me a mobile home and told me I qualified only to come up with exaggerated closing costs compared to what they had originally talked to me about.

Jorge has an awesome attitude and is always so accommodating to take my calls and answer questions about the manufactured home he sold us in The Meadows. It’s been a great fit for my mom.
