Best hot tub store in Los Angeles. I was in the market for a new hot tub and went to 5 different showrooms in the greater LA area. Lifestyle Outdoor in Pasadena was hands down by far the best of all the experiences. I walked out of every other show room more confused about what I wanted and with a feeling that I was being sold something that they wanted to move. However Isaac Arroyo at Lifestyle in Pasadena was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked in. He didn't try to sell me anything. He was patient and informative and calm and really tried to find the right tub for me. He asked lots of questions and patiently answered every question I threw at him. He even suggested a few options that were well under what I told him I wanted to spend based on my situation and needs. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I posted a negative review recently because I had to wait over 3 weeks to get warranty service for a quick flow switch replacement. I was then cancelled because of rain and the reschedule process was less than stellar. Shortly after this post a manager called, gave me additional information about the reschedule complexity and get me scheduled for 2 days later. I appreciate the extra engagement to get my spa functioning again.
