This has to be the worst place to work with, probably in the whole USA. They are taking twice the garnishment because their system has a glitch, i can only imagine if i was a person whom couldn't afford this...

No. You have to go to where u got arrested for that.
No, you usually have to go to the office you had your original case opened.
You should call domestic relations to be sure, but I do not think so.
You have to go in, in person, and file for a modification. If you dont need to modify the existing order and just want to change employers you will have to call and ask for your case worker.
Go into the office and ask. If your not put in jail you are current and free. If you are behind you will be arrested and put in jail. Its not all bad you get three meals aday and free cable tv. Lol
