Excellent service! They did not have my size shoe in store they had to order them in which only took a few days. Very appreciative they did not try to oversell me on a different style or the wrong size like some other shoe stores have.

I've been wearing Redwings to work for 50 years. I've worn (out) a lot of other brand boots as well. Redwing is consistently high quality, very comfortable, and, let's just admit it, stylish: there's a great balance between an aggressive functionality and a certain amount of grace... Just enough to avoid"clunky". Lets not forget that this is all without sacrifice of safety! So, this store is all Redwing, very well stocked, very well connected to more stock. Prompt with service, with shipping, and with communication. Since there was only one staff at the time of my visit, I had a little more browsing time than I strictly wanted. Small price. Life is good.
