The place is very nice on the out side and the pool and court yard area is lovely to see but the Front Office is not on property. I was scheduled for a 4pm meeting to view an apartment. I showed up 30mins early and waited for 20 minutes after. No one bothered to showed up, no one even called me, Nor did anyone even answer the phone the several times I called to see if someone was still going to show up to let me view the apartment.

It’s really no where to begin but I will jump right in for starters this place is not what the pictures make you believe the courtyard furniture is rotten and kids from different neighbors swim and trash the place DAILY I work 8 1/2 hours a day so when I get off I do not expect to have to hunt down a parking spot the parking here is so unsafe it’s no room to pass with your vehicle and not to mention people park wherever they see a spot(even if it’s not a parking space) my family came to visit two months ago and in broad daylight someone stole my family luggage from in front my door where I had it sitting when I contacted the office they basically said they are not responsible without even a concern as to what happened the washer and dryer here NEVER worked since I moved in my ice maker been out since I received my keys and let’s not talk about the rodents and bugs around here. The homeless people dumpster dive every night so to me that’s just unsafe for someone who have to walk to there unit late at night they pair you so close to neighbors who have pets so I have to go to sleep and wake up to dogs barking it’s just unbearable move here at your own risk but take it from me the money you pay is not worth the hassle….

Never have lived here but came to visit when I was moving from out of state and before I even came I called them to book a scheduling, the woman over the phone was rude and didn't take me seriously when I asked her what type of apartment I was looking for. Don't let the nice pictures fool you like it did me. IT IS IN A CRAZY AREA, it doesn't look that safe to me for being a "Luxury apartment complex". I couldn't even go to my scheduled apartment tour because I was terrified of the neighborhood surrounding it. (This is coming from a single young 20 something). Don't even bother trust me.

Maintenance guys are okay, but the front office, which is no where near the property, has absolutely neglected the property. The homeless folks are constantly roaming around the courtyard and nothing is done. Front entry door has been broken for my entire lease so anyone can walk in and out of the property. They charge certain people for parking but others can park wherever whenever and not get towed so there’s no point in paying for parking. Also we have had no smoke alarm installed in our unit the entire lease which I’m sure is illegal.
