Do NOT waist your time and money here. The management is RUDE. They left us for 2 weeks in this HOT without A/C. WE complained every day for 2 weeks they never showed up to fix it until we moved out.

Definitely not a 5 neighbors are loud even for apt living. Was told my apt was going to have updates but that just included painting the cabinets and the old kitchen counters and did the same thing in the bathroom. So not a true upgrade. It was not deep cleaned before i moved it. There was paint on the floors and the kitchen tiles was put in seriously crooked it makes you dizzy when you look at it so I had to put rugs in the kitchen. Maintenance takes forever to get things done I still have paint on my floor and the window screens have not been fixed after 3 months here. As I am writing this the neighbors above are running and jumping and making the pictures on the wall move. I had few fall and I havenβt put them back up because itβs never ending up there

TERRIBLE! Do NOT move here! They will act attentive when looking to move, but once you're here, you will feel STUCK! Maintenance is TERRIBLE, office staff is consistently rotating so nobody knows anything or provides sufficient responses to anything. No one follows up! I requested assistance with my mailbox key that has never worked. They changed the entire lock and never even advised me! I put in 3 work orders within this first 90 days and 2 of the 3 were 'marked completed' but we NEVER done. When I called, it was ANOTHER new guy who could care less about my concerns. Also parking is ridiculous! It's all OPEN so there's never anywhere to park if you get off later in the evening! I can't wait to MOVE!
