Stayed here a few weeks ago and paid almost $300 for the night. I woke up with several bites on my arms and neck. I called the front desk to ask if they were pet friendly as I thought they could be flea bites. They said no and dismissed my concern about the bites. I checked out and went immediately to local laundry mat and washed everything and bought new clothes for fear of bringing something home with me. Later, as the bites got worse, I called back and the gal at the front desk mentioned someone else complained about finding bugs in their room as well. She stated they could not offer a refund until an exterminator came and actually confirmed bed bugs. There was no manager to discuss the matter with and I was told the gal at the front desk was new and was not very helpful. Weeks later I was told no bugs were found. I am very disappointed with lack of concern. I truly believe there were bed bugs or some type of bug and weeks later my sores have still not healed. It’s unacceptable that a refund was not offered especially given I wasn’t the only one with the concern. The exterminator didn’t come out to the property for over a week later which shows they are not very concerned for the well being of other guests to have the rooms examined immediately. Even the next hotel I stayed at said they would have provided a refund for this type of situation. I would never stay here again and suggest everyone who does be on high alert.

The rooms are really dirty and dingy. I can hear everything everyone is doing in all the rooms surrounding me. I felt kind of unsafe. And the hotel says there is free breakfast, that’s a lie. There were 6 mini donuts in a container and they looked like they had been sitting there for days.

Does hotels gets inspected for sanitation, health and cleanliness, if so this hotel will fail with lowest score. Torn carpet in corridors, worm out carpet in rooms, shady surrounding. Definitely doesn't give good feel going to your room, but if really need something cheap for a night stay this is OK.

This hotel is clean and generally comfortable but a bit limited. Good: Friendly staff, clean, microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, and nice TV in good working order. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and in working order. Shampoo and soap were available. Bad: The pillows were very lumpy (fiber fill?)and the noise in the hallways and adjoining rooms could be heard clearly inside our rooms. "Continental" breakfast was limited to prepackaged donuts, juice, two cereals and milk.
