Super clean rooms and sheets. The breakfast was amazing and the first breakfast I have had in years that didn’t skimp because of, “Covid.” We were a large family and requested a bottom floor. Which she wasn’t able to accommodate but the family behind us had two rooms on the bottom. They also had no pack and plays or extra blankets. Really thought the overall cleanliness and food made it worth it. Also it’s Flagstaff, so it’s beautiful!!

I know they are renovating but the bathtub doesn't drain. It was filthy. Had to wash my feet after I got out of the shower. Bed was comfy. Very quiet even though it is next to the highway. Reasonably priced.

The room and price were fair and what we expected. What wasn’t expected was the complete lack of service and cleanliness! Our room went without cleaning for 2+ days despite our requests. They promised but NEVER delivered. If we hadn’t already paid in full we would have left! Even made a call and email to corporate with NO response Will definitely remember not to use Ramada again.

The customer service was amazing, the beds are so comfortable my family and I had the a really good restful night. Normally we don't stay for breakfast but this time we had the chance to do so and it did not disappoint the breakfast was nice and hot, delicious and plenty of it. Highly recommend The Ramada hotel in Flagstaff Arizona.
