I love Marriott. I usually stay at Marriotts. This one sadly was disappointing. Location was good. Check was not the easiest. The room itself was a good size and layout was good (space wise) Cleaning crew needs to pay attention to the details. It wasn't as clean as a Marriott standard and the carpet in room and in building were dirty. That was a turn off. The pool was indoor, very small and was not heated. The breakfast was awful, even my kids were disappointed. Just sausage patties, biscuits/bagel, fruit, a bag with a waffle you warm up in a microwave and cups of cereal. It was like a low budget motel breakfast. We were disappointed and we will not stay here again. We paid over 200 a night and expected way more. Usually Marriott doesn't disappoint but this one did.

Overall this was just an average experience. The people were very nice, and whenever we requested something it was handled properly. However, the food service in the morning was very disappointing. I was not expecting a full service breakfast but what the hotel offered was lacking. However the biggest disappointment was the rooms. They had a very nice bathroom shower closet setup. But the room itself was not a suite at all. There was a small sitting area separated from the rest of the room by a frosted glass partition. The sitting area was fine with a small couch and desk area but the problem was no one could be in the sitting area with the light on if someone was trying to sleep because of that glass partition. There should be some way or cover that someone could use to be able to enjoy the sitting area while someone else is sleeping

Our first time to book SpringHill. It was so cute for a 3star hotel. Our room had West Elm sofa with a trundle. The breakfast was top notch! So many options and the staff was fantastic. My kids loved this place. And dog friendly! Husband and I smelled gas outside while we were loading up and the staff acted immediately. While we were pulling out, the fire department came. All I think within about 10 mins of our report to the front desk. These things happen and it was nice to see them take action quickly.

It's was nice and spacious. There was some pet hair on the sofa. That's the only minus but I suppose it can be viewed as a positive because they're pet friendly! Extra bedding was provided so we just used it to cover the furniture and all was well. They provided a good variety at breakfast from 7-10am (Saturday).
