Looking for parts for my wood stove, one of their older models from the 90's, and site difficult to navigate and stove apparently no longer supported. Plenty of parts for their newer ones. No answer or response to my attempt to contact them about the part. So much for customer support.

Working there was awesome, friendly staff members and coworkers, especially the owner, A great man indeed.

It doesn't look like a complete kit is sold, though you can buy each individual brick to replace just the ones that are needed. These would need to be ordered from a dealer since this location only does manufacturing. Check out page 24 and 25 in the owners manual: http://ironstrike.us.com/system/document_files/files/000/000/366/original/900133-00_D_IRN_ST310_Wood_Stove_EN_IICO.pdf?1540937321
A 1" could solve the issue if the door allows it. If there's no feeling of compressing the rope when closing the door, there is no seal and larger rope is needed. I purchased mine on Amazon from Midwest Hearth, kit #MH129K. It has 1"x 72" of graphite lubricated fiberglass rope and a good size tube of adhesive. Enough for a very large single or double door stove. $34.95 I hope this helps.
Steve, Yes, this is something that should be an easy fix. Most likely you need to replace the door rope as it gets compressed over time and can lose its seal. If it's just on the latch side that the rope isn't sealing, you can adjust how tight the latch pulls closed by bending the catch rod protruding inside the firebox. Only a small amount of adjustment should be needed, otherwise I would look into a new rope.
Hi Michael. Most likely you need to replace the thermocouple on the pilot assembly. It can be tested to make sure that's the issue before you order parts. Here is a good video showing the process: https://youtu.be/vTfgQ-mro1I
Yes, Dustin. Rod is on the bottom left and pulls out left 3 inches or so, when it works. Pushing in closes the air intake, which is where it is stuck. Now I can't start fire without door open. I could drill small hole behind fan and lubricate more--would like to know whether mechanism that closes intake is just flat piece of metal welded to pull rod?
What model stove do you have? There should be a rating plate label on the stove with a model name and serial number. Those two things are needed to see if there is a blower kit and outside air kit available.
Most likely it can be repaired. Find the rating plate label on the stove which will tell you the model name, serial number, and manufacture date. Contact an Ironstrike dealer (formerly Country Stoves) with that info and they can help.
Where are you located?
Mine broke once about every 3-4 years. I had a local welder plasma cut me one to fit out of metal. This works just fine.
