anyone know the contact information for the upper management, above the office staff, for these apartments?
Rebbecca Davenport (Becca)
We moved in March 2020 and we are only moving because we are now able to buy a home closer to family. The apartments are nice we haven’t had any issues with stealing or vandalism. Pretty quite. It’s not totally silent however it’s next to the college and kids are kids but it’s not loud. The office people are super nice. We had an issue with the air conditioner freezing over and it caused a leak at like 11pm one night we called and maintenance was at our apartment in like 5 minutes cleaned up the floor and made sure the wall dried over the next three days.

Maintenance guys take a few weeks to come around and half the time cant fix your problem the first time and you have to wait another 2 weeks, parking is horrible for guests they will tow your car the same night if you dont have a sticker.

I personally loved living here. The ladies in the office were so nice and always made me feel welcome. Maintenance is great and the housekeeping lady is AWESOME. if i didnt have to move states i would still be living here

Not worth it.
No, they do allow you to rent a room in a 3 bedroom apt. It is catered to college kids, however I would not recommend moving here. They currently have no working internet in any of the apartments because they ripped out all the internet cables while doing renovations. Supposedly at&t is working on getting fiber optics installed, but they have been saying that for 4 months now and they still have no completion date that they can offer. The leasing office will tell you they offer free WiFi, but I can tell you for a fact it does not work. They hired some low budget Internet guys from southern California to setup their WiFi and they still cant get it to work. They blame it on the trees and other random objects. Plus parking is horrible, you get one designated spot and if you want friends to visit they have to park on the street. Security is horrible car breakins all the time and just recently during Christmas the leasing office was broken into. There is more reasons but I'm limited here.
Doesn't matter doesn't work for everyone anyway
