Worst company there is apart from that they charged per month that should not have been charged when we had already called to cancel at the beginning of July and they did not want to cancel. Why weren't the trash cans taken away? And they already had several times Marco to send the deposit check that my husband left and they don't send it. Wors company ever. Not reliable or trusted.

My trash can was taken to be replaced and they told me I’d have it the next day. After a week, three calls later, and a missed trash day, they dropped it off on the wrong street (which I’m not sure how that’s possible when they collect trash from me every week) and they told ME to go find it because its “my responsibility now”. Very unprofessional.

No.... should be turned in as e- waste. They charged me an additional 35$ when I had one to get rid several months ago. You could call and ask if they will pick it up for free as part of your 2 items of free pick up a year though.
The smaller container should have been removed with the company that was delivering the larger ones. If you still have the small container I would recommend calling our Customer Service line at 209 668 7274 and we can schedule a removal for that cart.

Trash Pickup is on regular schedule. The only Holiday Schedules we observe is during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. All other Holidays are on regular schedule.
