Suited rooms with great layouts and lovely common are ads with fireplaces make this hotel an enjoyable option every time we are in Flagstaff. The kids especially enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi! 24 hour coffee/tea service and a hot breakfast option in the morning are great options to partake in - especially if there’s weather and venturing outside is not high on the list. Staff were very friendly and helpful - looking forward to being back next time!

We came in around midnight, but the staff was great. Our room was clean and ready. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaints are that there was not one piece of fruit at breakfast. Not even a banana. And I was surprised to find no microwave in our room. We had brought our dinner leftovers, but we could not reheat them.

There were 2 girls working the front desk this evening. I was sitting on the couches by the fireplace and after every single phone call those girls got, they would hang up the phone and start making fun of the person who was on the other end. Made me wonder what they said about me when I called to inquire about room rates. Very unprofessional. Also, when we first arrived, I asked about a restaurant inside the hotel and I was lucky enough to have them look up from the computer to simply tell me “no”. They didn’t offer other eating options in the area either. Other than this-the hotel was nice and clean, pool and hot tub were great, okay breakfast selections.

We're currently staying here at the hotel and so far we've been blown away by every aspect of this place. The gentleman & lady at the front desk were very friendly with small talk while they got our room ready. They were able to accommodate both of our requests for a bathtub & close to the elevator. Upon entering the room it was quite large & roomy. We chose the King suite with kitchen. It has a really cute gas fireplace that is easy to use. Simple to control the thermostat in both the living area and the bedroom, separately. The entire room is clean and has everything you can possibly think of you might need during your stay, including cups, plates, bowls, dishwasher, mini stove top, large fridge & freezer, good size table with 2 chairs, all amenities (shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, soap - all Neutrogena brand, which happens to be my favorite even at home). I called to the front desk to ask for additional pillows & blanket the first day and they were brought up within 30 minutes. I called the front desk the second day for additional towels & soap, they were brought up within 5 minutes. Absolutely superb service, and friendly. We also used the pool as well. It was clean and a new towel was on chair for guests. There was also a lot of safety elements around the pool which felt nice since I have 2 little ones who can't swim yet. Later we got snacks near the front desk and the lady was friendly again. They have a good assortment of snacks & drinks as well. We tried their breakfast as well and it did not disappoint. Fluffy scrambled eggs & sausage, cereal options, muffins, bagels, coffee, juices, yogurts AND all exceptionally clean and maintained. It's also laid out well where you don't feel on top of other guests who are trying to get items as well. We've stayed in Flagstaff 3 times in the last month at 3 different hotels (Twin Arrows, La Quinta & now this Hampton Inn). This hotel is by far the best choice and I'm glad we've found this little gem of a hotel. The entirety of the hotel might be slightly outdated, purely from a cosmetic viewpoint - but it has little upgrades here & there to make it feel slightly more modern. This will be our go to hotel from now when in Flagstaff. Thank you to the staff as well for being so friendly & attentive - it is much appreciated & noticed.

Yes and also has a spa hot tub. If you book a suite, you get a Jacuzzi in your room!
