The room was fine, and breakfast was very good. It was a little on the pricey side, however. I was unsatisfied with my check-in experience. There was a large family in front of me, and the employee at the desk had me wait for quite a long time, just so that the person in front of me could fill out and sign paperwork. The last thing an exhausted person who has been traveling all day wants to do is unnecessarily wait in line -- the employee could have simply had the other guest fill out the paperwork while checking me in on the side. While it is understandable for each customer to be taken care of in sequence, if the customer is just doing paperwork, that doesn't require holding up the line, especially when it's night and people just want to go to bed. I was also frustrated that room keys did not work on the elevator/room door a couple times. This required back-and-forth trips to get new keys, resulting in a further delayed bedtime. The employee was polite, but the experience was challenging...

Pretty cheap rates. VERY DATED rooms. Staff was nice. Does include breakfast that was "ok" but not fancy by any means. I only booked this hotel because of an event in town and all other hotels were booked. Check in did take along time because it was so busy. Received great service from the staff but wasn't impressed with the hotel itself. Wouldn't stay here again unless I had to.

Positive: Our stay with this Baymont hotel was great. The staff is wonderful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. We had been traveling for a few days so it felt great to finally land in a hotel and room that had been cleaned well. Negative: It just looks like there needs some maintenance done. The whirl pool hand rail was loose and the paint is chipping. The lobby bathroom was disgustingly dirty. But other than that we would stay there again.

I stayed here for 7 nights. I felt very welcome and well taken care of by the staff. I got whatever I requested and was provided excellent service. My room was extremely clean and extremely quiet which are always the most important things to me. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, and the breakfast was higher quality than most free hotel breakfasts. I would highly recommend this hotel to any other "digital nomads" or people looking to get some work done in a quiet hotel.

They do not have a policy that lets you roll the day over to the next. You can check in any time after 11 am. They have an attendant 24/7.
They will take cash for payment but required a deposit when friends checked in without a card.
