Amazing Staff! When the updated their app they almost lost our business because of all the bugs. It's been a while since we've had any problems, and because of the staff I'm changing my review to 5 stars.

Absolutely love the communication that they have at this location! Because they weren’t getting payments on a loan that literally doesn’t show up in my bank that they said they would put in there I now have no bank account. Appreciate you and you not doing what you said you would do and now making life so much easier!!! Been with this bank for almost 5 years now and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Easily the worst institution I've ever dealt with. Ironically I used to love them but wow. We were late on 1 CC payment about 10 days when we got a letter saying they would Repo vehicles and close accounts. Obviously we called, found out we were late on CC which was on auto pay and I must have messed that up. Anyway we make the payment and are told we are "Un trust worthy" since we missed a payment...1st one in 3+ years. My fiancé went in and was treated horribly, she is a person of color. She filed a racial discrimination case against the employee for her actions and that was blown off. I have messaged them through the app trying to speak with a district manager and they close my chat without responding. I've called multiple times only to be transferred and left on hold. Eventually the call miraculously disconnects. Needless to say this is a brief synopsis but I would recommended they fire whoever's in charge and allows their employees to treat members the way we have been treated... So 1 star is very generous!!!!

I just started the process of getting a loan through Numerica, throughout the process I felt like they really saw me as a person and went above and beyond to meet my needs. Cody in lending took the time to hear me out, talk through my plan and look at the whole picture to make sure I felt confident in my decisions. I so appreciate this local credit union!
