Do you want a CU that is attentive to your needs? Go to a commercial bank. You are more likely to get it there than at Numerica. Do you like extended hold times over an hour? This is the place for you! Do you like being rudely told those hold times are "Not my problem". This is the place for you! Do you enjoy being yelled at by a bank employee at 8:00 AM? This is the place for you! Do you enjoy wasting your time leaving multiple voice mails that are never returned? This is the place for you! You can even make an appointment time to call only to get their voicemail and no return call. Then in 24 hours you will receive a preprinted threat in the mail. After leaving multiple voicemails with no response and resorting to letters you discover they are apparently being trashed as there is never a response. Then this is the place for you! If you like being stonewalled and lied to on a massive scale then this is the place for you! They have Jordyn, who likes letters after her name, to lie about the many voicemails you left and many letters you sent. They never happened. The bank can delete messages and throw away letters and they never happened. The DFI(banking commission) states contacting upper management for resolution of a problem. I tried that. Apparently John B, branch manager threw my certified letter away without responding. Not a good look! Then Jordyn lied and said I never contacted them. I also had sent letters regular mail to the branch, in general, as their threats were never signed. I also sent several certified letters to Carla C, Pres/CEO with no response. Again, not a good look. But then, there is Jordyn to lie about it never happening. I contacted the BBB and attached the first round of letters. Evidently, again they didn't happen. Ask Jordyn. What could the USPS know about certified mail delivery when Numerica has Jordyn? It also appears that they only admit to calls they choose. The one where I was yelled at for 20 min at 8:00 by a bank employee didn't happen per their records either and they made the call. Interesting! They did have a recording of a call my daughter made after she spent a week on hold (5 workdays of 60 min lunch breaks for a total of 5 hours). They claimed a totally different conversation than the one she had. According to my lawyer since they own the recording they can claim anything they want. It doesn't even have to be the truth. Oh, that's right, its "their truth" not "the truth". They can also cut and splice the conversation to have the outcome support their scenario. In response to the BBB complaint Jordyn sent a private letter (due to financial info in it) of pure lies. There was no included financial info in it. It is their standard response to the BBB. I contested her response. Its been a week and she has refused to respond. Evidently, I'm not allowed to contest that letter anywhere. (She gave the same lies to the DFI and stated the issue was "closed".) I attached that "private" letter and 2 more certified letters to John B and Carla Cas well as a regular letter to the branch to my response. It must be Jordyn, John, and Carla get to determine that "their truth" is the truth and the real truth is irrelevant. They are the ones with the condescending, demeaning attitudes. They get to determine we are little peons so low that we need to be stomped into the ground. The whole issue could have been resolved months ago. I have repeatedly stated that I will now only deal with the branch manager, John. Jordyn states I have to go through Account Control. Since the CU has no credibility and I am trying to work with someone it will need to be the top guy ie. manager. If you dig deep enough on their website it states that he is "responsible for all aspects of branch operations" including quality of work". This means he should be capable of any job at the branch. When I banked at Bank of America there wasn't any job the manager couldn't or wouldn't do. Again a commercial bank is far preferable to this travesty of a credit union.

Absolute worst customer service and an absolute waste of time. I bought a vehicle from someone who had a loan through this bank. Paid for it and was told we were good to go and had all the proper paperwork. Goes to the dmv the next day, was told by the dmv they can’t do the transfer and that I basically just paid the loan and the person I bought it from could claim it and get the title in their name because they only gave me a bill of sale and a affidavit title. Apparently needed a affidavit loss of interest as well from the bank and to be signed in from of a notary. Go to the bank right after this and shortly before they close since I work during the day and was given the form but was then told since they have to kick me out at 5 for security reasons and couldn’t wait 5 min for the owner to get there and sign it we could just come back tomorrow and get it done, didn’t say I had to set an appointment. So come back day 3 of trying to get this vehicle purchased, get told once I’m there and have waited in line with the person I’m buying the vehicle from that lives on the opposite side of town that we would now need to set an appointment no sooner than an hour from now. Waste of time, came to this stupid place 3 times and the incompetency of everyone who works here is frustrating. I have never had to try 3 days in a row to complete a vehicle purchase. Normally can be done in 30 minutes. Wasted gas driving to this stupid bank 3 times and at least 3 hours. Dmv said numerica screws up on paperwork a lot. Will never bank with numerica and you shouldn’t either, you have better options

The people at this branch are so helpful I've had nothing but good vibes and good service, might actually be moving this location to my main bank, they are extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Alyssa DeGuire has been my FA and so far has been extremely helpful with just about everything I highly recommend her for financial purposes! I have not had any other experience from other advisers, but her service is excellent! Overall great banking branch, if your not happy with your bank, Numerica will make your experience 10x better trust me!

The experience was amazing. I was setting up an account with them and there costumer service is top notch and puts the costumer first in everything they do. The first thing that the girl said when I came in was want some water or coffee? It makes me feel good that there is still some comapanies that work there tail end off to make the costumer happy and satisfied.
