Safeandvaultstore.com filed a claim for me and got some money back from the shipper, and provided detailed instructions on how to fix the damage. Great company with excellent customer service.

The purchase was for a through the wall model, drop box. We are a catholic church with a good size congregation. Our pastor thought it best to secure the alms given during mass. The safe has been great, installation was very simple fitting in the wall between stud as directed. The people I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable, delivery was as they said it would be. I recommend anyone looking for a secure product for anything of value to shop the Safe and Vault store.

Their website was informative and easy to navigate. Communication was good after purchase. After getting my hands on the safe it was exactly what I expected. Great product. Highly recommended. Only negative was that the shipping company they selected didn't show up when scheduled, so a wasted morning was the result. After rescheduling several days later they arrived on time, the second time.

Thank you for your question. We are requiring customers to wear masks when they enter the building and all employees are wearing masks when they are not at their desks. We are also socially distancing at least 6 feet away when talking to customers. Everything is wiped down and sanitized after each interaction.
