Renewed my tabs online. Got a payment receipt. Some time later got a notice saying account is in collections for lack of payment. Went to the office and was told that the payment didn’t go through. The clerk told me, “isint the internet wonderful?” “You’ll have to deal with the collections agency. “ RUDE. Usually, you can’t walk out of a store with items until you pay for them right? Apparently they send out paid receipts then refer it out to collections to get another twenty bucks. What a scam…

Extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked for help with getting a replacement title, and the response I got on the line was "well we don't have a button to push that can just pop out a new one for you". I know places are understaffed and stress levels are high but you exist to provide a service.

Was just a little upset because I did my tabs online and had them mailed to me, they didn’t show up after 3 weeks. So I went into this location (location I chose to mail to me) and was told they mailed them to my old address, even though I had my updated address on file. I even showed them a confirmation and DOL website that shows my current address (I did 2 years ago). I also had my last years tabs sent to my current address.They said I still had to pay an additional $13.75 for lost tabs, even though it wasn’t my fault (system glitch). Would of been better for them to cover the $13.75 and I would of been a happy customer. $13.75 isn’t a big deal, it is just the part that it was their fault and chose not to cover the cost.
