This is the Best credit union I've ever had! They're always helpful, very nice, easy to get along with. They are so quick to help you out with any and all of your banking needs. To belong to this credit union, you will be happy with everything. You will be so much wiser to be a member of BECU credit union! I'm glad I found it. I'm not going to any other bank or credit union. You truly can't do any better. I've done my share of searching for the Perfect credit union. Banks are not safe for your money 🤑, like a great credit union. Safest bet is with BECU credit union!!

I couldn't be happier with this branch. When you walk in you are greeted with a smile. They are more than willing to go the extra mile. While using the ATM, I have experienced them coming out, prior to closing, while closing and even after closing, just to say hi or to check to see if I needed assistance. This has occurred more than once. Always so helpful and friendly. I recommend this location 100 times over. So far I only spoke about service, but if you appreciate great products to go with your great service, BECU Spokane Valley is the place to go.

I am a fairly new member, and I love BECU! The interest rates are higher on savings/checking accounts than my prior bank, and the staff has been very friendly with all of our needs! I do 99% of my banking online, so the lack of tellers is not a problem for me, though I understand for some people that is a dealbreaker. Their app is easy to understand and works well, and the ATMs are envelope-free. I reccomend BECU to anyone unsatisfied with their current bank.

I have a great banking history (8+ years even though Im young), and I have very little debt, and my debt is “good debt”, and I have a decent credit score. I am a homeowner and haven’t overdrawn any accounts in many many years. BECU uses Chex Systems to create a score that is similar to a credit score to judge whether someone is a qualified individual for an account with them. It determines if someones banking history is good enough. When I attempted to open an account with BECU a month ago I was told I have a Chex score that was so low, they only see it that low in people who have filed bankruptcy. They told me there must be a mistake with Chex’s info on me, so I went through the hassle of ordering a itemized report. When it came back, much to my surprise, there was nothing even remotely negative on my report. I took my report into BECU again today, and they told me they have no idea my score is so low, they pulled it again and it was even LOWER. No explanation. Their recommendation was to “wait a few months”. They could not tell me why I was labeled a bad banker and assigned a rotten score even though my history and my report are practically flawless. I do not wish to bank with an agency that decides I am a poor banker without any evidence of such, and does give me any opportunity to fix it. I am very disappointed as I have heard great things with BECU and wanted to use their services, but I will not stand for being unfairly and wrongly labeled and dismissed as an unqualified individual when nothing could be further from the truth.

With Becu, you can use virtually all other credit unions with very few exceptions. So if you want to hit say stcu for the drive thru or better hours you can. I love becu. They have been my credit union for over a decade. They are the largest in the state of Washington and offer unbelievable rates and products. Their service is 2nd to none. The Sullivan location doesn't have a drive thru but super simple to do almost everything online or via the ATM. Go to becu.org to check hours for atm times and office hours. Though, the atm may be 24 hours.
