Horrible. Do NOT sell here. Waste of time. The staff needs more training on what is quality and worth picking. You’re better off with Poshmark or something else. I have sold here for years and each experience selling gets worse. I brought a bag FULL of designer denim, Free People and Zara. They didn’t take ANY of it because of “pet hair”. Which sure, everything was cleaned within 24 hours but a few cat hairs is inevitable, no matter where you are. Again, not my first time selling. Sounds like the staff was just lazy in going through it. It didn’t even look like the bag was opened so instead of giving me a time frame to work my day aground she could’ve peaked through and sent me away right away if the minimal pet hair was such a deterrent. Maybe have a lint roller in the back and put in a little more effort in the day to day work?? The staff is always rude. I picked through the racks to see Shein and outdated pieces but to not take Joes jeans or Free People with the tags on?? And the new items in the front of the store are insanely over priced for the quality.

I like the fact runway has a variety of cloths both guys and girls with decent pricing- the person working today was friendly and cheerful and helpful. My biggest and really only complaint is how they under consign you when you bring cloths in. Today I brought in over 1000.00 dollars of free people clothing and a 400.00 ski vest, they gave me 63.00 for my clothing!! 😳. And they were all in mint condition… may have to find a new place to consign.

I have been to this store 3 times and all have been negative experiences. They never greet you at the door, but generally I don’t mind that and just look around. However the customer service is just awful. The last 2 times I came in was with my out of town friends, and they never had good service either. Today just sealed the deal that I’ll never be back. As we were getting ready to leave one of the girls came over and told us they were closing so “If you’re going to buy anything you need to bring it up to the front now,” well my friend was contemplating a purchase then the store clerk followed up with “we’re closing like now now,” my friend immediately put the shirt back and we left, I looked at the time and it was 2 minutes until closing. Just yikes. So whoever was closing on March 19th we didn’t appreciate it, and we just weren’t paying attention to the time. We realized you were closing but that doesn’t mean you need to be rude to people.

I’ve always had great experiences here! The manager and her staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
