They don’t offer the code reader for customers to use…do they expect us to go somewhere else to find out what’s wrong then go back and get the needed parts?? They probably lose a lot of business by not providing something so basic for an auto parts store.

First visit was not helpful. Lady behind the counter was rude and uninterested in helping us find what we needed. After being told they didn’t have it we left with the best compromise. It didn’t work. Brought that tool back and was greeted by helpful gentleman who found the correct tool for us. He was pleasant and got us what we needed. Thank you!
