Yesterday my Son and I went to Verizon store near on 3rd/ Reed Market Road, to purchase a new I phone…they were helpful in getting up the best deals, help set up his new phone, and best products on screen savers. Next day I took my twins to get new iPhones at Verizon near Macy’s polar opposite experience… never went over the deals, set up the phone and I had to push to get assessiories for phones or help with the screen saver, he rushed us like he wanted to get rid of us…. My twins hit issues setting up phones luckily big brother remembered the help he received yesterday. Do not go to this Verizon place the are rude and unhelpful I was going to get an iPad but not there!

Justin has absolutely no customer service skills and is one of the most rude retail workers I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend avoiding this store.

Had an appt because I thought that was the way to go. Showed up, waited to get someone’s attention in the busy store. By the time I could speak to someone it was 5min past my appt time and they said they only hold appt for 5 minutes. What a joke. Maybe don’t encourage people to make appt if you have no way to fulfill your end of that commitment.

I parked in front of the store and could see one customer and 3 employees. They have a great big sign on the front door that says GO AWAY unless you have appointment but I thought maybe it was worth asking since they looked slow. Upon entry the woman at the front door was finishing a phone call leaving a message for someone that did not come to their appointment. I asked if I still need an appointment since there was clearly more employees than customers and whoever she was leaving the message for clearly wasn’t coming. To me that didn’t seem unreasonable however she would not help me. Waste of time… Failure in operating procedure is an understatement.
