I came in with my little resume needing a job ASAP. After coming in, I had to fill out a paper application for VSSI LLC. It was very short compared to a lot of other applications these days. They called me to Talk with a recruitment agent ( sweet lady behind one of the desks) - with hardly any wait time-and she asked me a few questions. Asked me if I could pass a drug test for the job I was wanting and then gave me a schedule. It was a Swab test. I told them my availability was open and any. I needed a job and wasn’t being picky about what was available. I know that isn’t the case with everyone, BUT if you need something right away having open availability is the best bet to get you what you need the quickest possible way. If you need a specific shift, don’t be afraid to let them know up front so they can help find a shift based on what you can work. They will work with you to find something that fits. I took a swab test on the spot and signed hiring paperwork and was able to start work the very next day. The pay is good and it is weekly. Everyone’s experience is different. I have no complaints about mine. Swift and productive was my experience.
