Dr. Ito was super helpful and thorough during my exam for BVD. She took the time to listen to all my symptoms and was great at explaining everything to me. Her staff was also very friendly and were quick to help and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at Ocean Park Optometry. Arvin took care of my scratched lenses that went with some dark glasses clip ons. Thank God they advised me to use the lenses that they made there when I first ordered them. They did it for free! In 1 day it was done. I did the curb pickup. Easy peesy!!! Thank you!!!

Antwanet & Javier were great! When we called to make our appointment we confirmed they could take our insurance. Then we received reminder texts from Antwanet. We were also able to fill out our patient forms online. When we arrived on Saturday afternoon there was parking out front. The ambience of the shop was nice. I was seen right away. I liked the assistant and doctor that treated me. They were patient and kind. Javier the lab manager explained my benefits thoroughly. I made informed decisions that worked with my plan. They cleaned every glass I tried on before putting it back. A little pricey for 2 glasses spending over $500. But overall there was good customer service! We'll be picking them up in a couple weeks! Thanks guys!

I had the best experience with the entire staff at Ocean Park Optometry as a new patient! They helped me with various eye exams and I really appreciated that they use newer technology that didn't require dilating my eyes so I could drive home alone. They are meticulous and kind with great service. I loved how they advocated for me and tried to get the best deal possible for my contacts and glasses and did their best to be transparent with pricing and quality. Would recommend to anyone!
