Premier is a traditional American gym that has everything. Weights, machines (although bit old, but well maintained), basketball, racketball, lap pool, aerobics pool, steamroom, and just about every fitness class you can think of like yoga to TRX. The lockerooms are clean with shower. The culture is very friendly with a good mix of people from serious bodybuilders, high school students just starting out, and retired couples trying to keep fit. No judgment, come as you are and dont be afraid to ask for some help.

My brother goes here all the time and invited me as a guest today. The facilities have everything you need. Staff are really friendly and the smoothly bar is delicious 😋

Yes, they have a pool. I would guess that it is not Olympic length, but it is long. I would call and ask to be sure. There is also a sitting pool.

Thank you for asking. We do not offer Silver Sneakers but have many programs for people 65 and older. Capital Health Plan also offers a $150 reimbursement program for those insured through them.
I'm really not certain. They do have a kids area and I've only seen adults out and about.
The pools are not enclosed but the aerobics pool is heated.
