I haven't seen any Maruchan brand ramen there at all (try WinCo on Rufe Snow just north of 820), but they have a HUGE selection of ramen from around Asia, including many VERY spicy varieties! They sell single packets (along with boxes), so you can try lots of brands and flavors without having to spend lots of money!

I'm not sure what masu salmon is but if it is a Oriental Thai or Vietnamese they probably have it or they can tell you where to get it , this is a pretty good grocery store to get Oriental type food but I have found that the only people that speak English are the checkout personnel so you need to get with them to talk to someone who can tell you

They have a very wide selection of fresh fish, as well as some frozen selections, and live lobsters, I didnt specifically look for Asian Carp. I would definitely check it out great prices on produce.
