Before you move into any apartment talk to residents!! Ever since Westwind enterprises took over this property, the water bill has just kept going up. Other people have contacted corporate office and nothing gets done. Here we are another month and the water sewer bill is over 200.00. That's higher then the light bill. In the 10years of living here our water bill has never been over 65.00 until Westwind took over. No one can tell us why. The back pool has a leak in it but they keep filling it up yet it's not open but we are paying for that water. Then the sprinklers . We have been told by the city that there's 2 meters on property Ok 1 is running. So that tells residents we are paying for all the water used on the property. I have to give a big shout put to Lilly. I woke up the other morning to another leak in my wall as soon as I got ahold of her she was on top of it calling the plumber's H20 those guys were very professional. Lilly and Elma stayed on tip of things . I had to go out of town and Juan Carlos along with Marisco put my apartment back together thanks guy's.... then the new addition to the office shaniece she is a sweetheart. The only thing is that there isn't really much parking with put having to purchase a covered parking spot for 50.00. Ughh. Thanks a million for staying o. Top of getting my apartment back together... Lilly you rock.
