I'm in this post office all the time and ALL the postal workers that help me are AWESOME! They are very friendly and always go above and beyond as far as service. Thank you for being amazing every day!

Went in to send off a few packages to my sister, whom I send things to monthly. She lives in Texas and this was my first time visiting this particular post office (I usually go to the one on 6th and NE Killingsworth). The guy told me he could not find my sisters address and proceeded to argue with me when I pulled her address up on USPS.COM. He then apparently got tired and said "well what do you wanna do cause I cant find it" Said they could send it to the local post office near her house and they "should" be bale to find the address. This is for priority shipping. We ended up changing our mind and going to the post office that I normally go to who had no trouble finding the address. Would not recommend this post office at all.

I entered the PO to find no one in line and one woman looking at packages. I was looking to get some pricing info and was immediately told “if you aren’t ready to ship go back out to the lobby and finish packing” with a pointed finger and attitude in her voice. Did she say this to the woman still looking at packing? No. Did she say this to the woman who entered after me? NOPE! She directed her (with kind words and tone) to a desk IN the PO. The third woman who walked in looking lost? Nope! Kindly helped her find tape and materials. The associate then went on to say she was following Covid protocol and I was the one exaggerating when I asked her why she asked me to leave the room back to the lobby but the women could package inside. She never gave an answer as to WHY she treated me differently but returned to me with attitude about being upset that I was singled out to leave the room to address my package. I ship 5+ packages a week via USPS from the PO for a side gig and have NEVER been treated so poorly. She maintained her “covid protocol” excuse yet asked no one else entering to finish their packaging in the lobby. Her gender bias was clear, and I can only Hope her racial bias doesn’t come out like this, or else it’ll be a lawsuit in waiting. 10/10 never using this PO again - Especially after she threatened not to offer service to me again for me attitude! Imagine that… I was upset for being singled out based on appearance. GFY clerk #12

I think this particular Post Office deserves a bit more credit that it has been getting. I've been here on a couple visits recently at the end of the day just before closing and the employees were calmly and quickly addressing customers questions and took the time to help me figure out the cheapest way to mail something even though I was there past closing time. I really appreciated their service, they have a tough job trying to keep everyone happy when there's a lot that's out of their control.
