The guys at Mike's installed some very nice halo headlights on my Jeep Gladiator. After a few weeks, I noticed my dash cam wasn't working....well...I took it to a Jeep dealer to replace the fuse....should have done it myself. 8 hours and $235 later, they made things worse...and said another $650 would make it right....I passed. ...took my Jeep back to Mike's the next day. Woody and Mike met me in the parking lot...changed the fuse and I was up and running in 5 minutes. I"m a loyal Mike's customer...but even more so, now!

Waited forever for someone to come to the counter with a few others in line. Asked for a printed quote for insurance, they said they don't do that, and have me a verbal. My insurance will not accept a verbal. Had to go with someone else

Horrible service would never recommend to anyone !!!!! They had my jeep for about 4 months and didn't even do what I asked.... terrible customer service.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR JEEP, TRUCK, OR ATV TO THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Employees can't comunicate correctly!! Lied about working on my jeep while they were not doing anything. Asked them to wire my head lights and they did is half way ... my jeep was there since may 5th of this year and picked up on the 10th of August.

Why wouldn't anybody help me while i stood around waiting for half an hour. Won't be back, will never recommend to anybody.

Well sir we did notice you come in while we were all helping other customers who came in before you. We also notice you leaving after 5 or maybe 10 minutes (not half and hour) even though we were not finished with the customers who got here before you. We even tried to ask you what you needed as you threw your hands in the air on your way out the door. There was three employees helping three customers at the counter when you walked in and 1 other customer that had not been helped yet all here before you. If you are not willing to wait your turn like everyone else, than we don't have a rememdy.
