Excellent Work. My G35X cluster is working like new. All lights are bright and working and finally my gas guauge is not bouncing around anymore. I know how much gas is in my car. Thank Goodness!

I've sent a handful of clusters here over the years, either came back fixed or deemed not repairable - this is a good thing. Always had a positive experience, and a fairly quick turn around time.

ZEPCO is either out of business or they have the worst customer service policy around. I have called and no one ever answers, left voice messages, sent emails and done everything but mail a letter to them and can't get a response. Maybe they have enough business and don't need any more? I want to deal with local companies whenever I can, but this company doesn't want or need my business apparently. I've found several companies out of town that are very responsive and just don't understand Zepco's philosophy.

It depends on the repair. Probably expect to spend a few hundred dollars for diagnostics and repair.

I inherited the camera tech job at my school district. When pulling video from a Zepco MDVR200-CF-BUS, I have noticed that only one camera is operational even though there are two cameras on the bus. Looking at the back of the DVR there are only one set of A in 1 and V in plugged in. Should both plugs be plugged in since there are two camera? Also, I purchased a USb to 3RCA cable to hook to my computer/monitor for viewing and changing the setting on the DVR. I can not get it to look at it. Is there something special that needs to be done? Thank you so much.
