I am so grateful that we found this place...We are from the coast and gladly drive the 4 hours to West Orthodontics because the staff has been amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and eased his little anxious mind. We are excited and thankful for this journey to a beautiful full mouth smile.

This review comes from a late 40's male who had never had braces earlier in life. I was reluctant to get braces for one primary reason - I didn't want to attend regular follow up appointments for a couple years. My work, family, church, and recreational interests are more important to me than straight teeth. During COVID, my schedule got a LOT easier, so I decided to give it a try. West Orthodontics is an efficient practice. Yes, my teeth look better and my bite if finally "right"; but I bet a lot of orthodontists can make that happen. I really appreciate efficiency. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time with each appointment. I never spent more than a few minutes in the waiting room. Perhaps they sometimes get behind on the schedule, but I never saw it. Dr West told me at the initial consult that it would be ~18 months of treatment, which was spot on. Not weird sitting in an office with a bunch of teens - way less awkward than I expected. And I like Taylor Swift so the playlist on the office sound system was FIRE. I'm now 2 months post-braces and no regrets.
