Front desk professional, offered us cold water. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub very clean. My daughter enjoyed working out in the gym. Outstanding breakfast presentation. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Staff was great! Breakfast was good! Rooms were clean and sanitized. But ... If you have short legs, it is difficult to climb into the combo shower/soaking tub. The hotel was sold out (I heard them say this to another guest who wanted a room change for this same issue) so I didn't ask to change rooms and dealt with the difficulty.

Please, if you’re looking at this hotel, just book it! Very clean, staff is excellent, and accommodations were wonderful. Rooms and bathrooms are very tidy. The pool area is stunning. There is an outdoor patio/garden that is so beautiful and serene. Breakfast was good with lots of options. This hotel is very kid and family friendly and just overall gorgeous. We would definitely book again. Special shout out to Rachel, she was very helpful and welcoming from the minute we walked in the door!

I was actually one of the first customers after this property opened. I stay there frequently. Because it his close to my original hometown and convenient to all there areas I need to visit. I can't say enough about the staff and how they treat me like a king when I walk in. The room is always ready and perfect. The only "issue" is the breakfasts. I couldn't eat most of the hot offerings this time. The "Veggie" omelet, Saturday morning, was too spicy. Sunday the scrambled eggs were obviously powdered and the meat was corned beef hash. The boiled potatoes were inedible. Not a good experience this time. I strongly suggest you stick to bacon, pork or turkey links and patties. See you in about 2 months.
