This is a very basic hotel, rooms are dated and the floor was creaky. Despite that, the beds are comfortable and it is quiet. The main reason for the points deduction is that there were two small dried bloodstains on the sheet. Had to go down to the front desk and get a fresh set late at night and replace them ourselves. Would hesitate to stay here again.

Kids were excited for the pool and maybe if it was not a holiday weekend then it would not be bad but it has to be the smallest pool I have seen at a hotel ever. I also get we are in a drought and I am a huge advocate of saving water so maybe I should give 5 stars for the pool being so small they had no problem saving water. Next time the kids want a place with a pool I will check other hotels in the area.

Pretty decent stay. Beds were pretty comfy & pillows too. The decor is dated, but well kept. There are several places to eat nearby, mostly fast food, but Steve's Steakhouse across the street was good and fast. There is also a Mexican restaurant across the street. Dog friendly, pretty good breakfast, the mini quiches were good, but very rich. They could use some hash browns or some kind of potato dish to round out all of the protein on offer. The yogurt bar with multiple toppings was nice. Unfortunately someone brought their dog down to breakfast. Someone said something to the staff about it, but since it was leashed they allowed it. I don't really agree with that policy; I ended up taking my food up to my room because I don't enjoy begging. The staff was efficient but I wouldn't call them particularly "extra" by any stretch. A good, solid choice to stop for the night.

I picked this place because it was next to the steakhouse and a good gas station. Room was fine, bed blown out on 1 side. Bathroom and shower were good. Great hot water pressure. The jimmy Dean breakfast sándwiches scared me. Coffee and other morning offerings were good. Problem was, the hotel was filled with Kids and their parents all went to the bar. (Did not know there was a bar in Richfield) So the Kids ran amok till around 1...banging on everyones Doors and causing havoc. Their parents got home put the Kids to sleep and partied till who knows when. Very little sleep.
