Excellent stay! Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room large with many personal amenities. Pool, hot tub and workout were wonderful after a long day of driving. Included breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold items. Plenty of parking and dog friendly.

The rooms were large which was amazing if you have kids. The service was not the best as I had a bunch of stains on my sheets and when I brought it up they gave me an attitude about it and asked me what I wanted. However the graveyard guy was a lot nicer and was very helpful. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean other than the stain on the beds.

This IHG property is what I expect, a clean room, clean well staffed breakfast area and comfortable beds. The staff that checked us in and out were outstanding. They went way above what was called for to resolve a minor problem we had. I also really like the ability to check in on line before arriving at the hotel, After a long day on the road it's nice to walk in and have a room key in about one minute.

Excellent stay my dad and I had last night. The front desk check in was so simple and the attendant was very kind. The beds were SO comfortable!! I haven’t slept in a bed that comfy in ages. The hotel cleaners mentioned they just got all new mattresses. The rooms were spotless clean too. I used to be a huge fan of Hilton hotels but their quality has gone so downhill lately. Holiday Inn Express have been phenomenal and this one did not disappoint. I want to recognize the breakfast attendant, Pam. She is so genuinely bubbly and caring. She came around and asked everyone how their breakfast was and if they needed anything. My dad wanted a plain bagel and all that was out was blueberry so she went in the back and opened a new bag for him. You can tell she takes excellent pride in her job. She was training a new staff and she is EXACTLY the type of upbeat and kind person that you want training a new employee. She has a heart of gold and needs to be recognized for it. Excellent stay overall A+++
