Literally impossible to speak to a representative. Terrible automated phone system and no office hours at the local office. The lack of availability is not just inconvenient, it’s wrong. A public utility company should be open to the public.

These guys are awful. Expensive service, and they will shut your power off because they feel like it. Especially during the summer months, causing loss of food and ultimately, money due to loss of food. Rates are tiered, so the summer months are often extremely expensive. It's hard to call them and get a resolution. I wish Anderson had it's own power company just so I wouldn't need to deal with these guys.

Send me to collections for a bill I was unaware of. They never notified me of any outstanding balances. I have an 800 credit score and just bought a house, now I get a letter from IC Systen who are treating me like a criminal. They have marred my credit and are refusing to resolve.

4 days to get a crew out during the outage, not even pg&e. Didn't do anything since they were working on the mainline. Pg&e has lack of maintenance on there poles and lines, management is too tight with there wallets to allow there workers to fix it. Absolutely no reason why a little snow destroyed this much. Not only that, why aren't the tree trimmers out more often? If only our mainframe was up to date like its supposed to be. Not 100 year old equipment. (This has everything to do with management being too money hungry) Updated/Edited Review: 2/19/2019 - 7 days out of power an actual PG&E Crew came out to our location and dedicated there entire day to supplying power to 4 homes on our road. I give the workers 5-Stars! I believe this was an out of the area crew but I am not 100% sure about that. Only reason I am changing my Review rating is due to the Crew who helped restore power no matter what. Crew/Workers - 5 Star Management - 1 Star
