Need to contact Tom Vance at PG&E for re-hookup following Carr Fire. I have his work number and have been leaving messages (as has my electrician), but getting no call back. Is there another way to contact Tom? Someone else to help?

Try calling 1 800 PGE 5000. It may be the long way to get a reconnect, but should work
