Consistently loses my mail or mis-delivers my mail to other people. When I make a complaint, I get a "we're sorry" but it doesn't actually fix the issue of mail getting improperly delivered or getting me my packages. I never had this issue at other addresses and this has been an ongoing issue with this post office at my new address for over a year.

My neighbor moved out and they put a vacant slip in my mail as well and stopped delivering my mail? Incompetent bureaucrats work here. I've have had nothing but problems since I moved downtown.

Visited this post office randomly while on travel. The attendant was very kind. I was shipping some items via ebay, which someone claimed to never receive. Of course, I had lost the tracking number. I called the Redding PO and they said it's not guaranteed, but were willing to look for it. They called back within 30 minutes and dug through the transaction from that day. It was great service and I was a bit surprised they were willing to go through the hassle WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND most post office experiences. Thanks a lot Redding USPS!

Horrible postal service. Much important mail never arrives. Packages with tracking numbers misdelivered. It's not unusual for me to find my flag up on Sunday because someone who keeps getting my mail brings it down and pops it in the box. One lost package was found on an entirely different street. I watched the postman break down a package in order to cram it into the box because he didn't want to walk to my door; since I'm in a wheelchair, there was nothing I could do to stop it. My friends tell me they all have the same issues. Today I was expecting a package and since I was outside, I checked the box. No package, just a bill. I suspect it was put there by someone who got it in their box by mistake, but since nobody at the Post Office will answer the phone, I can't confirm whether my package is still out for delivery or if they put it in someone else's box. I've lived in Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, and Arizona and never had any trouble getting my mail, but it's a crap shoot here. I've filed numerous complaints, with both the Redding Post Master and at the State level, but nothing is ever done to improve service. Seriously, the worst mail service I've ever experienced in almost 60 years of living. PS. Notice that the other reviews from REAL people willing to leave their names are ALL BAD. The only good reviews are all anonymous. Methinks the employers are leaving good reviews in order to give themselves a devious, undeserved boost.
