Clean beach with clear but cold water. There are lifeguards.

We went to the beach last sunday. It was a sunny summer day, we went by bus and there is a bus stop near to the beach. Who want to go by car, there is a lot of parking spot in the street. The beach is really beautifull, clean and the watter is a little bit cold. The sand is not to thin and there is a lot of gravel. There is a restroom spot ate the square near to the beach and there is no near place to take snacks or beverages, but some days they have ice cream trucks selling soft drinks/water and ice cream. In the same day you can take a walk around the bay it's really interesting and you can visit the Fort independence and visit the Castle island! There you can find a lot of tables to do your picnic and there is a Sullivan's Castle Island, a place where you can eat hamburgers. I recommend!

Pretty! Water seems clean, too. It’s not too large but it’s also not crowded, so there’s a cozy casual vibe. Nice breezes.

Took my nephew..walked the boardwalk all around the beach . beautiful scenery. Playground for the kids& Sullivan's for fresh seafood..burgers..hotdogs and ice cream!! Awesome day spent.. alot of fun.. swimming in clean water a plus 🤗👍
