Go to suffolk court house and go to the deed department.
Start with determining the current owner of a parcel. Then you would "chain" the ownership interest backwards in time going from deed to deed. But it is not as simple as it sounds.

You can search it online at masslandrecords.com just click on suffolk registry and search under street address
