Start with determining the current owner of a parcel. Then you would "chain" the ownership interest backwards in time going from deed to deed. But it is not as simple as it sounds.
I have a property and just found out that I was not the owner of my parking space. I owned it from 2006. Everyone else land is 60+ mine is 30+ and the parking spot is 30+ it seems like my land was split.
