Dont waste your time. 3 months for an intake meeting, then email tag, then if you dont respond within a short time frame you have to start another intake meeting. documents they send only open from a laptop not phone friendly. just find a qualified attorney on your own.

H. Harrison has better reviews as a yoga instructor than on here at MCAD. In my opinion: the laziest folks with the most excuses for tossing out cases. Maybe they just don’t want to work too hard. Poor babies have to read too much for their high salary and easy job. Imagine a job where you can lighten your own work load, without any checks and balances, by simply rubber stamping files “no probable cause.” Literally, they can toss work off their desks, by an autocratic decision, just with one single rubber stamp. In my opinion, they should ALL be ashamed at their apparent callous disregard for the needs and pain of citizens of the Commonwealth. #dobetter

MCAD Staffs is great job to have an investigation but They make sure no one discrimination against anyone. If they can't find Probable Cause so sent me dismissal. I not blamed them. Other option file the court.

There seem to be appointments made to mass against discrimination to stop afro americans from receiving even an investigation people coming from ACLU who have never did a thing for afro americans our using my rights to protect the rights of others

The ACLU is a non-profit agency does little for anyone seeking their assistance.i can definitely say without doubt any prospective contributors (donors) should look b elsewhere to donate any funds to the ACLU . They are undeserving of any assistance from the public. They simply don't care about citizens who run into legal problems who could use legal assistance. They willfully take money from the public but ' cherrypick' who they want to give assistance too mostly connectef friends and people they know.

I'm not sure I am not an attorney. I don't think mcad can answer that question as they can not give legal advice they work for the state. You would have to get legal advice.

Members of the general public can come into the Boston office of the MCAD to discuss their particular situations with an intake specialist and potentially file a complaint, starting at 8:45am and continuing until 4:00-5:00pm, M-F. Offices are also available in Worcester, Springfield, and New Bedford

No...a hostile environment is neither healthy nor legal.

If I file does this affect my unemployment?

I note that you discriminate, at length, on the basis of race. With nothing but conjecture as context and "evidence". African-Americans have been fighting for survival from the beginning. That they continue to do so -- and speak up about it -- is not a "race card". It is a reality about which you refuse to learn, preferring to blame the victim.
