should give the rate of 0 if possible. they only want to rob your money, The online chat is helpless only copy paste some useless information and never answer your questions. They play all kinds of tricky. They mailed my bill to a wrong address and charged huge late fees, you will for sure miss the deadline due to their tricky. Everyone should use avoid toll to keep away from them shame for them
Always The Truth
Customer service is a joke…. The website will not allow me to input info on my phone! I guess I will continue to pay bills sent to me house and hopefully not get ridiculous fines! This system is a mess from start to finish

The girl at the door was nice because I did not know as of 4/1/22 you needed an appointment. You have to keep up on your balance yourself there's no app. I got charged by pay by plate $170 to go through the tolls 13 times! Another Mass scam in my opinion

They are charging my pay by plate and then taking the same money out of my transponder account. Sent papers to them they said rejected u must pay $50 asap. Which my current balance was $23.50 I mean come on MA …. So basically I was filling my card on online with transponder unit and then they send me a pay by plate of the same tolls

I would like to speak to a representative so i can rectify the issue I have with my pin code
Need appointment to return the actual transponder and have another one because I just changed the car.
No You can't. You have to take it back and they give you an activated new one for you new car . It is not transferable
Probably be faster if you just go buy some 3M adhesive velcro strips
Yes there's about 3 to 5 representatives there on any of the days its open
When they're going to open again We need it
Go on your ez pass and call the phone number on there. Because that 2nd party website doesn't work well. website sucks it doesn't belong to mass ez pass. You can also make a payment over the phone through electronic. Don't go to the location cause you need an appointment. Just to give you a heads up
If it's the strips to place you transponder on your windshield or dash....no appt needed. Just show up. However if you need to conduct business in there make an appt OR do it online at ezdrivema.com
I lost mine. How can I get a new one. In the interim, can any tolls be applied to my account?
Please how can I switch my transponder that’s no longer working ?
Try signing for an account online. You will be able to pull all your transactions on there
Maybe try to resolve online somehow or call them on Wednesday to try and make an appointment. Apparently it is the only day they are open.
Just go section payment options, and click add new payment form
Do it online
It is still closed, you have to go online and open an account, and through it do any transaction, you can also call right there and the answering machine can put you through to an agent and he gives you the necessary information.
There is an ezpass app and you can add money through a debit card or bank account.
No they are closed
You can keep it. Nothing will get charged to your account if you don't use a toll. There are no service fees and if you feel more comfortable, you can inactivate it online and activate it when you travel.
Call
Yes
Yes all the way to North Carolina, the cash if you hit any...Florida only some...if you are going out west I'm not sure..new Hampshire yes and Maine's yes..make sure funds are accurate..so.e tolls charge up to 100$ each if you don't have money in your account..good luck
He has a really big truck.so your limo fees should be much even if they tack on their own fees..15.00$ back and forth maybe? Maybe you could ask them..but the tunnel fees themselves aren't much
On the ezdrivema website under locations.
Saugus Mall / customer service
Something got screwed up, call them or go by one of the service centers with your transponder, the invoice, and your registration information.
